How to draw a banana with pencil and paints. How to draw a banana with a pencil step by step How to draw a banana with a pencil step by step for beginners

Shall we draw a banana?

Let's draw exotic fruits! With this thought I go into the supermarket and... yeah, my eyes widen.

Avocado... kiwi... Hmmm, what - an avocado (alligator pear) - will fit perfectly with the “crocodile” theme, we’ll draw a kiwi when we master the kiwi bird . In the meantime, I’ll buy bananas - the whole family will be happy. Oh... don't forget to draw!

How will we draw? - one banana or a bunch at once? I like it when there is a lot of everything - let it be a bunch. Look, three oranges complemented each other so well, so let there be three bananas. So, look, we’ll learn how to draw still lifes!

Let's draw bananas step by step.

I will draw with a pencil. First simple:

And now I take out my watercolor pencils: it’s time to start coloring. What? Coloring? BA! - Banana coloring page! I almost forgot, I forgot, but this is a search query!

Coloring pages about bananas might look like this, for example:

Or in a bunch:

It’s not difficult to come up with and draw a coloring book.

Hmm, however... somehow I don’t give my students such a topic. Yes, you can come up with a lot of game tasks - “feed the elephant” and “fruits on the miracle tree”, but I don’t use banana coloring. Although I tried it several times – with five-year-olds, of course – older children don’t need such simple coloring books. But even then, I immediately abandoned this topic.

Now I will explain why.

After all, we agreed to use it for the BUSINESS. Coloring and shading are good for developing fine motor skills. For example, fruits and vegetables. Apples and berries are good for developing the skill of circular movements with a brush - we paint “round”, but what benefit can you get from “painting a banana”? The shape of this fruit, like a boomerang, is very inconvenient for shading. You need to paint it lengthwise, and the banana looks like a moon with its horns facing up; this direction of shading is uncomfortable for our hand. The hand is designed in such a way that it easily draws an arch type arc:

Therefore, my students painted the banana coloring page like this:

Here, you could suggest turning the sheet over... but I myself wouldn’t force it and I don’t think it’s reasonable to force the children either - an upside-down banana looks unnatural. Therefore, I decided that this coloring book does more harm than good and now I get along just fine in developing children’s hands without it. exotic fruit. But that's my opinion.

What are your impressions of working with the banana coloring book?

………………………………………………………………………………………………………………...........................

In general, now we have a more creative activity: we draw bananas from life. And for this you will have to hatch like this: by moving your hand with a “hook”:

As an experienced artist, I’m no stranger to this, but I’ll tell you straight: it’s not very convenient.

So, bananas, of course, are yellow. But this is theoretical. In practice there are shadows.

We are slowly putting together the “Plants and Flowers” collection, and today we’ll talk about everyone’s favorite bananas and learn how to draw them!

Drawing a banana is not at all difficult, especially if you draw it step by step. It will be more difficult to color it with paints or colored pencils so that the banana drawing looks like a real one. To make it easier for you to convey the yellow color of a banana, I made this lesson on a graphics tablet. To make the banana look more realistic, draw several bananas at once, just like they grow on a banana palm.

1. Initial banana outline

Not difficult at all draw a banana. To make drawing a banana even easier, draw a rectangle like this in the first step and divide it with a horizontal line. Then, focusing on this line, draw several circles, circling which we will get the general outline of the banana.

2. Draw the general outline of a banana

There is no need to comment on this step. Just trace the drawn circles and you will get the general outline of the banana. By the way, it should be noted that bananas do not grow on palm trees, although they say so. Bananas are fruits herbaceous plant, therefore, using the word palm tree, and especially banana tree, is not entirely correct.

3. Drawing a banana is not difficult at all.

In this step, remove the preliminary outlines and circles inside the banana and we can say that banana drawing almost finished. All that remains is to shade it with a pencil or color it with colored pencils.

4. Finish drawing the banana

Highlight with strokes a simple pencil edge running along the banana, and move on to the next step of the drawing. I would also like to add that although banana plants are considered grass, the appearance of this grass is quite impressive, from 3-4 meters to 8-9 meters in height.

5. The banana drawing can be shaded with a pencil

If you are not going to paint the banana with paints, then it is enough to shade the drawing with a simple soft pencil.

You can watch a video on how to draw and color a banana. It's always interesting to watch how others draw.

6. Color picture of banana

A picture of a banana will look much more impressive if you color it with paints or colored pencils. And since bananas usually grow in bunches, several at a time, it is advisable to draw not just one banana, but several bananas on one bunch.

A tangerine drawn on a tablet looks like a real fruit. If you need to draw a still life, you can use the fruit drawing lessons from my website, drawn separately.

Apple, banana, tangerine - a wonderful set for a still life. Try to draw the fruits separately first, draw a banana, an apple and other fruits. And only after this can you draw a still life.

All these lessons on fruits and flowers were done on a graphics tablet, and this is no accident. It is impossible to convey the beauty of a rose, a tulip or even an ordinary yellow banana in a drawing with a simple pencil.

Everyone can probably draw a drawing of a chamomile, as well as a drawing of a banana. Several petals, a stem with leaves and a picture of a chamomile are ready. But for some reason, painted daisies or bananas don’t always turn out the same as in nature.

The pattern of a sunflower is very similar to the pattern of a daisy. However, to draw a sunflower correctly, just like to draw a banana, you need to follow a few simple tips.

Bananas aren't that hard! Just turn a complex figure into several simple ones. For example, in circles of different sizes. By connecting them with a line we get the silhouette of an exotic fruit.

Necessary materials:

  • black marker;
  • paper;
  • pencil;
  • eraser;
  • colour pencils.

Drawing steps:

1. To make an easy, beautiful and appetizing banana, you need to draw a horizontal line at the initial stage. Then draw circles of different sizes that are located at different distances from the line. Together they will form the shape of a banana. Therefore, their diameter should be the same as they are in the photograph.

The first circle will be the tallest and smallest. The base of the banana will be located in that place. A little lower we will draw another circle that will be on the line. The third circle is located below all the circles and will be the lowest point in drawing the banana. A little higher and to the left we will draw another circle, which will be slightly smaller. We will place the last sixth circle on a horizontal strip and make it small.

2. Let's make a general outline of the fruit by circling the top or bottom points of the circles. The leftmost circle will be the final one, but the uppermost right one will be the first, where the base of the exotic fruit will be. The widest part of the banana will be where the third circle is placed.

3. Use an eraser to remove the horizontal line and circles, which will not bring any benefit to the drawing. We outline the contour line with a black marker with a thin rod to make the banana neat.

4. Let’s add lines to our drawing to make it three-dimensional.

5. Let's start coloring the banana with the main color - yellow. We will completely cover the exotic fruit with it.

6. Now, to create a penumbra, we use an orange pencil, which we will use to shade only in some areas. This is the bottom of the banana, the left edge, and the top of the fruit. Which is the basis.

7. Finally, make a shadow on the banana using a brown pencil. Use it to paint over the areas near the black outline, at the far left side and on the right side at the base of the banana.
