A: Some of the enemies have very high health bars, such as horses and dark wraiths (grim reapers that appear in meteorite crash sites). If they are not there, then this means that you simply cannot inflict damage on him.

Q: How to level up?
A: To quickly gain experience points, you should join someone's House (tribe). The fact is that in this case you will gain experience simply by being next to your comrades in arms.

Q: How can I increase the rank of skill X to craft item Y?
A: Leveling up will not give you crafting skills. Check the skill menu to see what you need to do to achieve this. To increase your ability rank, you need to do more collecting and crafting. Taming creatures also helps increase the rank of skills.

Game world

Below is a map of the game world. It does not indicate the spawn points that factions may take over, or any other information of that kind. It simply shows the approximate geography of the territory and the location of the 3 main cities.

In the game, you will be able to move the map and waypoint, but at the beginning you will not have any physical map in your hands. With the right development of skills, at a certain point you will be able to create a holographic map (Guidance Rune) directly on the ground using magic, with a touch motion indicator (looks nice, but is of little use).

In addition, a bug often occurs when you frequently press the map button without calling up the holographic projection itself, leading to the disappearance of the impact animation. Plus, the developers noted that the game world is only 30 percent ready so far (as of July 30).

Characters, factions and houses (tribes/guilds)

To be able to create a house seal (crafted at a workbench), you will need to found a tribe or invite someone to your alliance.
To be able to create a war flag, you will need to first craft a house seal.
Characters are tied to the server. Don't expect them to transfer to another site.
There are no racial or faction bonuses in the game (at least for now).
You can create your own character or use templates for elves, dwarves and humans.
There are 3 factions in the game - choose the same group as your friends, as the remaining 2 factions will automatically become your enemies and you will not be able to join their houses (tribes).
You will not be able to change your faction later.
It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been creating your hero - if you choose a faction of people, then your hero automatically becomes human.
You can create your own house by pressing the “P” key or clicking on the corresponding menu.
If necessary, you can change the name of your house, but the structures will not be transferred. Remember this so as not to lose all your buildings just because of the desire to change the name of the house.
You can invite people to your place by holding down the "E" key. Must be at least the head of the house.
All home settings can be changed in the corresponding menu, opened by pressing the “P” key.
House members will not have to enter codes on chests and doors every time - they will be able to open them without it (depending on their rank).
House heads can form alliances and invite leaders of other tribes.
Your chat at home will be the same for everyone. In addition, your allies will be highlighted in blue from afar.
You can be in several alliances at once and use one chat to communicate with their members.

First immersion into the world - quests

You will start the game near your faction's city and will have to complete several tutorial missions shown in the lower left corner.

The quest indicator in the lower left corner always shows you a task that you were able to move forward in one way or another. This is just a visual aid, that is, there are no sections with “active quests” like in standard RPGs.
All quests (or more precisely, tasks) can be viewed in a special menu by pressing the “O” key. They depend on the character and his skill level.
Tasks can be performed in parallel to each other.
You won't be able to select an "active task", the game will do it for you.
The first broken quest you'll encounter involves getting gold from merchants. You can simply ignore it or simply turn off the corresponding indicator.
Unfortunately, you will encounter many other tasks that don't work. Just make a note somewhere that these quests should be completed in the future when the developers fix them.

How to extract resources - the most effective ways

Resources also include barrels, which are usually located in cities and contain apples or gold coins. You can get their contents with your bare hands.

Level 0 resources:

Grass, flowers and shrubs can be collected with bare hands.
You will need magic shards, straw, wood, stone and twine to craft your first tools.

Level 1 resources:

Use the ax on the cobblestones to extract stone.
Use the ax on the trees to get apples and wood.
Use a staff with a magic thief on any objects except grass and bushes to obtain magic shards.
Use the pickaxe on the trees to get twine.
Use your bare hands on the bushes to pick blueberries.
Use the sword on the grass and bushes to collect flowers.
Using a tamed boar or iron scythe will increase the collection of some level 0 and 1 resources.
Using the Dark Wraith's Scythe, you can further increase the collection of some level 0 and 1 resources. This item drops from Grim Reapers who spawn near fallen meteorites.

Level 2 resources:

Use the pickaxe on cobblestones/ore deposits. There is a small chance that you can get high-level ores from low-level deposits.
Copper - comes from copper deposits (brown rocks with green stripes) found almost everywhere, but most often found on mountains and hills.
Iron – Mined from iron deposits (silver-gray stalagmite rocks) typically found on hilltops or along mountain trails.
Mithril - mined from mithril deposits (larger versions of iron deposits), which are usually located on mountain tops. To get to them you will probably need a flying creature.
Dark Shards - obtained from Dark Shard deposits (black stones) that can be found in caves or ruins.
Light shards - obtained from deposits of light shards (translucent blue crystals), which are found near special objects, for example, a small lake located near the red rift (located near the spawn of people).

Level 3 resources:

Examine the bodies of killed creatures to find useful things.
Use a pickaxe or sword on the corpses of animals, characters or players to obtain meat.
Use an axe, sickle or scythe on dead animals to extract fur.
Use a pickaxe or iron dagger on dead animals to obtain bones and skins.

How to get farming materials, such as seeds?

Use an iron scythe (can be crafted from copper ore) on the bushes to get seeds. You can get a lot more resources if you use the dark ghost's scythe.

How to quickly get better tools and armor

If you want to get the best armor and tools for your character, then you will need a workbench. Since this workstation is not part of a rental home and cannot be placed in cities, you will have to first build yourself a home, not to mention develop the appropriate skills.

However, there is an easier way. There are craft stations in every city. They basically work like standard and magic workbenches, but are divided into crafts. Therefore, if you, for example, need to create armor, then go to the armory (or its equivalent for other factions).

Take the necessary resources with you and start crafting. Remember that you will still need iron and copper ingots created in the smelter. Let us add that today you cannot repair your things at these stations for unknown reasons. Perhaps this will be fixed in the future.

Life in the city: features

If you consider yourself a lone wolf or are one of those players who do not like PvP, but still continue to play on PvP servers, then you should think about living in the city.

All basic resources can be found in the city. You can just run around and collect useful materials.
There are barrels with apples and gold coins in the city.
There are no mobs in the city, unless some unique event occurs in it or one of the players decides to bring a monster with them.
Dead or unconscious people can be collected using the "G" key and used for evil purposes.
In cities you can find merchants and sell them unnecessary things.
Merchants buy only what they show and only in a certain quantity. In addition, they make transactions for one product strictly once a day, that is, if someone before you has already sold them wood, then you will have to wait a day before you can sell them a similar resource.
You can give money to merchants for development to increase their level and make them more favorable to you. In addition, high-level merchants begin to sell more useful things (useful to cooks).
Donations also speed up the growth of cities, which increases the number of NPCs in them.
If you kill a merchant, he will not respawn the next day. In addition, no loot will drop from it. As a result, you will only make life more difficult for your faction.
Not far from the stables you can purchase one of the horses. In this case, a saddle will immediately appear in your inventory.
During the sprint, horses can cause damage, even to city guards. Therefore, we do not advise you to run quickly through city streets.
If you attack horses in a stable, they will run away and then simply die. However, then they will be reborn.
You should not consider yourself completely safe in the city. If someone attacks you, the guards will not intervene.
If you attack city residents, they will either run away or start fighting you. The guards are the only characters who always fight back and win in most cases.
To rent a property, you must be in a house (tribe). Then simply go to the board next to the house you would like to live in and deposit a certain amount of gold. Thus, you rent it for a certain period of time.

Why shouldn't you live in the city all the time?

Life in the city is, of course, good, but you shouldn’t be in it all the time (at least if you have a high-level character).

Main disadvantages:

It is impossible to grow mushrooms and engage in high-level crafting. You will be dependent on bartering with other players or raiding.
It is impossible to build a workbench, a magic workbench and a blacksmith's forge.
It is difficult to keep domesticated animals (there is simply not enough space).
It is impossible to build calling portals, turrets, etc.
It is impossible to build a storage box. However, food can be placed in feeders.

How to survive? Sleep is for dweebs!

To survive in this world, you need to constantly monitor the scales of your current parameters, indicated in the lower right corner. The most important of these are hunger, thirst and concentration.

The basic mechanics are quite easy to learn:

Hunger, thirst and concentration decrease during the game.
Whenever you use stamina and your character regains it, you lose thirst and hunger, meaning they become stronger.
Whenever you use mana and your character regains it, you lose focus.
Whenever you are too cold, your appetite will increase; too hot, your thirst will increase.
This means that the longer you run, attack, or cast spells, the more supplies you will need.

How to reduce hunger:

You just need to eat something.
If you want to restore, say, 100 hunger points with berries, then you will have to eat about 70 of them. Therefore, we advise you to better fry some meat.

How to reduce thirst:

Find a body of water and plunge into it headlong.
Already at an early stage of the game you will be able to create berry jam (requires some grass and 45 berries). It can be used to replenish thirst and hunger. However, it spoils quite quickly, so you should only make it when necessary.
Later you will learn how to create glass bottles that can be filled with water.

How to restore concentration:

Sleep or eat flowers.
You can only sleep in sleeping bags, a canopy or a bed, but there are often situations where none of these options are suitable. In this case, we can advise you to eat flowers. 100 concentration units can be restored with 100 flowers. They can be collected from bushes or grass using a sword.
Later, you will be able to buy concentration elixirs from vendors if you give them enough money for development. You can also craft these potions yourself by unlocking the corresponding skill.

Let's add that your character does not disappear from the world after you leave the server, so it can be easily robbed. So try to find somewhere safe before leaving the game.

How to protect your property

If you do not want to be robbed, then you should know the following information:

If you have played ARK: Survival Evolved, then you will immediately understand what is what, since there are few differences. Except there are many more bugs and errors.
There is no offline protection (except for printing at home).
Mobs that spawn near meteorites will immediately attack your turrets, spikes, or tamed animals if they are nearby. Therefore, we advise you not to build structures near meteorites.
Doors, gates and windows cannot be opened by other players (with the exception of members of the same tribe).
Due to a bug, some players may still be able to break into your home.
All your structures will be destroyed in a few days if you don't use them.
Newbie zones (near cities) are often filled with low-level characters who can easily be robbed.
Structures can be damaged by any means and at any time. There is no defense like “stone buildings can only be destroyed with stone tools.”
Spells such as telekinesis or displacement allow you to get into someone else's house with a small probability.
If you have nothing to store and don't have a stamp yet, then you can always make your house look like someone has already broken into it.
You can hide high-level houses in low-level buildings.
You can create hidden rooms or just empty rooms. A huge number of small rooms with nothing in them will become a real test for looters.
Spikes or multiple walls can ward off thieves.

who killed your pets;

Codes are installed on doors, chests, windows and other similar things. That is, they cannot be opened without having the required combination in hand.

However, there is a big problem with codes now. The point is that it does not offer protection against players who enter incorrect combinations. As a result, players can easily find the correct number sequence using special scripts.

For this reason, today there is no point in installing codes on gates, doors, and so on. True, you can set passwords for chests. The fact is that if a player gets into your house as a result of a bug and opens an uncoded chest, he will immediately teleport back. Otherwise, the thief will get stuck in your building.

Printing at home

To create a house seal, you need to start your own tribe. You can then craft it at the workbench. The seal creates a bubble-shaped shield with a radius of 4 bases. Therefore, your house should not exceed 9x9x9 dimensions. The seal should be installed in the center of the building on the second floor.

Printing can be turned on or off. In addition, she requires magical essence to work. In one real day, she spends about 36-40 essences. You can only get through this shield by declaring war on the owner of the house. To do this, you will first need to create a military flag and throw it directly at the building.
