1. Pour water into a deep container, never boiling water, maximum 37 degrees. Otherwise, the water may “destroy” the yeast. Pour in yeast and sugar. To “wake up” the yeast, leave it for 6 minutes.

When the characteristic yeast smell appears, you can start kneading the dough.

2. Add salt and a glass of flour to the water, stir with a fork or whisk.

3. Now is the time to add the oil and mix again.

4. Stir in the remaining flour gradually. The dough should be airy and soft, not tight.

As soon as it stops sticking to your hands, cover with film and put it in a warm place without drafts.

After an hour it should double in size.

5. Sprinkle the work surface with flour or grease with vegetable oil. Shape the dough first with your hands and then with a rolling pin.

To bake pizza you will need a baking sheet, a heat-resistant frying pan, or a special form.

Grease the pan with oil and then transfer the prepared dough there.

6. Tomato paste should be spread over the entire surface of the dough, not forgetting the edges. You can also use your favorite sauces in combination with Italian herbs.

7. Sprinkle the base with finely grated cheese.

8. The next layer is smoked sausage cut into slices. Place the chopped olives in the spaces between the sausages.

The final layer is chopped mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and peppers. It's time to place the pizza for baking in an oven preheated to 90 degrees for 30 minutes.

Place the finished pizza on a large plate, garnishing with parsley sprigs or green onions.

Each of you has your own recipe for homemade pizza, and they all differ not only in taste, but also in family preference. Some people make it on thick dough, which I’ve seen more often... And others make it on thin dough, with a combination of the main ingredients - sausage, cheese and tomato.

    But there are originally known recipes, one of which is “pizza Margherita”, where there is no sausage at all, and the main filling consists of tomato sauce, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. And of course, it goes with fresh basil. It's undoubtedly tasty, but it's not really filling enough. What if you refine it to perfection? Hm…

    Previously, we made pizza from the ingredients we had on hand and didn’t think much about the recipe. Homemade always turns out delicious and satisfying. At the same time, the dough turned out to be thick, or they used dumpling dough - it did not rise in the oven... But all this is not the same, and not entirely correct!

    Continuing our experiments, we chose an excellent recipe for thin dough (like in a pizzeria), then we refined the tomato sauce from fresh tomatoes and basil... And then, a hearty filling, with the addition of Oregano!

    I classified this pizza as a holiday pizza, and it would be a great snack for a Birthday, New Year, or Christmas! Or maybe the next day, have a family holiday.

    Pizza in the oven with sausage, cheese and tomatoes. The recipe is like in a pizzeria!

    In fact, we will make as many as 2 pizzas, one of which will be mushroom on a thin crust... Looking ahead, it turns out to be incredibly tasty!

    Step by step recipe:

    Let's get down to business! We will make 2 pizzas - on the left in the photo is a pizza with mushrooms and sausage. On the right is pizza with tomatoes, sausage, bell peppers and some olives (just a little).

    The base for both is the same - tomato sauce and thin dough.

    We start with the test, because it will need to rest:

    The pizza dough is thin and soft, just like in a pizzeria. Quick and tasty pizza dough:

    The dough is made quickly and easily. I have the ingredients for 2 large pizzas, so I multiplied the suggested ingredients below by 2. At the same time, the eggs are small, so I add one more.

    Thin crust recipe for 1 pizza:

    • Eggs - 2 pieces
    • Flour - 2 faceted glasses
    • Milk - 125 ml.
    • Salt - teaspoon
    • Grows. oil - 2 tablespoons

    It is better to mix the dough with liquids. Namely, mix eggs, milk, butter, salt, and then gradually sprinkle in flour and knead the dough.

    Although some people do the opposite. There is not much difference in this. The first method is faster and more correct when kneading manually. Try it!

    Place the resulting bun in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes. Let him rest. In the meantime, let's get to the sauce...

    Pizza sauce like in a pizzeria

    To prepare tomato sauce for 1 pizza you will need:

    • 1 kg tomato
    • 1 onion
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • Basil (to taste)
    • Oregano (a pinch at the very end)
    • Bay leaf - 1 piece
    • Salt - 1 level teaspoon
    • Sugar - 3 level teaspoons
    • Tomato paste in progress - tablespoon

    Finely chop the onion, pour boiling water over the tomatoes for 7 minutes, and then plunge into cold water to easily remove the skin. We remove all excess from the tomato and grate it. Let's make the sauce!

    Place the onion in a heated frying pan with oil and steam it a little. Our goal is for it to become soft, but not fried.

    Literally 5 minutes...

    Following the onions comes the main ingredient - tomatoes.

    Don’t rush to stir, let the onion steam and the boiling process begin. After 3 minutes you can stir...

    Great! Now we send the remaining ingredients:

    Add basil to taste. For one pizza, about 1 spoon without a slide. I got 2 tablespoons of dried Basil. In the photo, Basil is in the center along with two bay leaves. To the right is a pinch of Oregano (also a dried seasoning). Below is garlic. Everything is clear:

    Reduce heat to low and place under the lid for 10 minutes. Be sure to try what happens during the cooking process... The sauce should not be sour or salty. It should give off a slight sweetness and a desire to try more. Everything is almost perfect, but I usually add 1 more tablespoon of tomato paste. It adds a more piquant and rich flavor to the tomatoes and deepens the color.

    Another 3-5 minutes, and remove the sauce from the stove. Let it simmer under the lid while we roll out the pizza dough. We won't need laurel leaves anymore. We remove them.

    The sauce should be perfect. The tomato taste in combination with pronounced basil (without fanaticism), a little garlic emphasizes the taste, the aroma of onions, a little salt and sugar - make it an excellent sauce not only for pizza, but also for pasta. Try it!

    Pizza at home - fast and tasty!

    Now is the time to start preparing and assembling all the ingredients. Prepare a baking sheet. If you don't have baking paper, it's better to use flour. Sprinkle with flour and place the thinly rolled out dough on a baking sheet...

    Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Once you roll it out to thickness, that’s how it will be. No more, no less. I have about 3 millimeters. One round pizza will be mushroom, and the other will have a thicker filling for a whole baking sheet. More on the filling below...

    Let him rest and calm down for 3-5 minutes. Afterwards we will grease with sauce...

    Ingredients for mushroom pizza (round):

    • Fresh champignon mushrooms fried with onions
    • Two types of sausage (boiled and smoked). In the photo there is boiled pizza for 2!
    • Hard cheese (grated)
    • Mozzarella cheese - cut into cubes
    • A little mayonnaise
    • Red onion rings
    • A pinch of oregano 5 minutes before cooking

    Grease the dough with sauce. The photo below shows the quantity:

    Afterwards, evenly place the ingredients on the tomato sauce...

    • 2 types of sausage

    • Some red onion
    • Mozzarella cheese

    Then grease with mayonnaise. For convenience, make a small hole in a small pack of mayonnaise so that you can pour a thin stream over the filling...

    Finally, sprinkle with hard cheese:

    Place in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes. The main thing for us is that the cheese melts, since the main ingredients are already ready. In theory, you can cook a pizza in 10 minutes, provided that the temperature inside is elevated. An important rule is not to dry it out!

    5 minutes before it’s ready, when the cheese is already melted...

    Sprinkle the pizza with Oregano seasoning. It will add a spicy and unique taste. You will get the same taste as in a pizzeria. Although it’s not entirely correct to compare homemade pizza with custom-made pizza. Homemade tastes better!

    The photo below shows the finished mushroom pizza. Mozzarella cheese adds that same elasticity, and it stretches. And the filling turns out nourishing and juicy.

    4. Then knead again and roll out into a 3-5 mm plate. Place on a floured baking sheet and brush the flatbread with oil. After 10 minutes, apply ketchup and mayonnaise sauce to the dough.
