To correctly complete the payment process, it is recommended to place an order and make a money transfer on a computer. If the transfer does not go through even after this, you should contact the bank’s technical service. 
Payment on the site may be rejected for security reasons. If Aliexpress suspects the user of fraud. In this case, you must perform the following steps:
- write a letter to the site administration, where you need to attach copies of documents confirming your legal ownership of the banking attribute;
- copies of business registration documents if you use a corporate card;
- scanning the card from both sides;

Users of the site can also duplicate payment for an order, “due to” which an error occurs. The catch is that the debiting of funds from the specified account and the transfer of the order to the “paid” category do not occur simultaneously. Aliexpress requires additional time to verify the money transfer. You should not try to pay for the products again; first, check the status of your card account.
When placing an order, the user may receive a notification that the account is blocked and the payment is cancelled. This happens when the user did not click on the activation link in the letter from Aliexpress during registration. Look for the letter in your mailbox, follow the recommended link and repeat the payment.
If the required letter could not be found, then select the “Appeal for account reactivation” button at the bottom of the site page. Within 5 days you will receive a new activation link (usually the letter arrives on the same day). However, you will have to wait to pay for your order.
