Preparing the game for launch:
Install a version of the game that works without Steam. I recommend installing the scene release from SKIDROW. You can download it.
Do not install the game using Phoenix, otherwise there will be no textures during gameplay!
Install the fix that is attached to the object.
Do not install a crack over the fix, otherwise the online game will not work!
Launch the game via “Launcher.exe”. -> Select a language and confirm.
Launch and online play:
Launch Tunngle and go to the room where they are playing this game.
In the root folder of the game, run “game_launcher.exe”. -> Select the game version to launch (DX9 or DX10/11).
Server creation:
Co-op Campaign -> Local Play -> New Game / Load Game -> Wait for the second player and start the game.
Connection:
Co-op campaign -> Play on a local network -> Find a game -> Connect to the desired server from the list.

A couple of tips on this issue, taken from my own experience.
There is a display.ini file in the game folder; to increase performance, without much loss of quality, you can do the following in it, after opening it with Notepad:
ShadowDetail line = default 1024, can be set to 512 (shadow resolution)
Line MotionBlur = true by default, set false, will remove barely noticeable blur, while increasing FPS
Line RefreshRate = default is 60, set it to 30. On consoles, 30, one might say, is considered the standard, so everything is ok.
At the same time, in the display.ini properties, check the read-only box, otherwise when you enter the options in the game itself, everything will be reset to default.
Some experience a slight improvement in performance when running with vista sp2 compatibility.
For those who have problems with performance on processors higher than 2 cores, try setting only core 0 and core 1 in the manager after starting the game
Maybe the advice is a bit captain-like, but for those who don’t know how to handle ini files maybe they will come in handy.
Here are all the problems I know of and their solutions:
Brightness cannot be adjusted in Saints Row: The Third:
Yes, yes, there is some kind of bug in the game that prevents the user from changing the brightness. We hope that a patch will fix this problem in the near future, but for now we can only advise you to use a flashlight to make it easier to wander in the twilight.
Saints Row: The Third is slow:
It seems that optimization problems have not spared Saints Row: The Third. And if you get into the car and press the gas, the FPS will drop even lower. Interestingly, brakes are more common among owners of ATI video cards.
Standard advice in this case:
Switch to DX9 mode
Reduce resolution
Turn off Post Processing and Ambient occlusion, as well as vertical sync and anti-aliasing in the graphics settings. If it doesn't help, lower the other settings.
Update your video card drivers
If you have several video cards running in SLI or CrossFire, try leaving only one video card - this helps in some cases
Saints Row: The Third won't launch or freezes:
Run the game in Windows XP compatibility mode
Launch the game directly from the installed folder, not through a shortcut
If you're using Steam, check your game file cache to make sure none of them were corrupted during download.
If you are using multiple monitors, try running the game on only one
Disable all background services except antivirus. If it doesn't help, try disabling your antivirus.
How to start new game in Saints Row: The Third:
Unbelievable but true - some people cannot start a new game in Saints Row: The Third. The developers claim that the problem is solved by an already released fix, so just download it. The problem affects both owners of standard boxed versions of the game and owners of Steam versions.

Sad Panda physics is from the GenkiBowl VII DLC - you will fly like the "sad panda" from the dlc. Simply put, it changes the physics of falling, you will move forward faster and fall slower.
