The scheme of movement on the farm. The construction of the northeast expressway is planned to be completed ahead of schedule

Automobile traffic has been opened along the section of the North-Eastern Expressway from Entuziastov Highway to the Moscow Ring Road, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said today.

“I could not deny myself the pleasure - I drove from the Kosinskaya interchange to the Entuziastov highway, the highway turned out to be first-class. In fact, this is one of the most difficult sections of the North-East Expressway, in itself it is very difficult from the engineering point of view, the longest overpass in the city is 2.5 km of straight line, ”S. Sobyanin said.
The new highway can be driven from Kosinskaya overpass on the Moscow Ring Road to the Open Highway. Now in Moscow there is a traffic-free road 20 km long (taking into account the previously introduced sections).
Construction of a section of the North-Eastern Expressway (SVH) from Entuziastov Highway to the Moscow Ring Road began in February 2016 and was completed in September 2018.
The traffic-free highway runs from the temporary storage area at the intersection with Entuziastov highway, further - from the northern side of the Kazan direction of the Moscow Railways to the exit to the Moscow Ring Road (Kosinskaya overpass).
A total of 11.8 km of roads were built, including six overpasses with a total length of 3.7 km. The section includes the longest overpass in Moscow with a length of 2.5 km from the Plyushchevo platform of the Moscow Railways to the overpass-exit from ul. Perovskaya at the temporary storage warehouse. In addition, an overpass has been erected, from which one can exit the expressway onto Perovskaya Street.
From the side of residential buildings in the area of Kuskovskaya and Anosova streets, as well as near the Temple of the Assumption Holy Mother of God in the Veshnyaki area, soundproof screens with a height of 3 meters were installed for more than 1.5 km.
“This is one of the most difficult areas. 60% of the route passes over the communications of Mosvodokanal. We had to carry out a lot of work to strengthen these communications over 12 kilometers, ”said the first deputy head of the Moscow Construction Department, Pyotr Aksenov.
We also took care of pedestrians. The new crossings will make it easier to get to the Vykhino metro station, the Vykhino and Plyushchevo platforms, the Assumption Church and Veshnyakovsky cemetery.
The launch of a new section of the expressway will distribute traffic flows and reduce the load on Ryazansky Prospekt, Entuziastov Highway and Shchelkovskoye Highway, as well as on the eastern sectors of the Moscow Ring Road and the Third Transport Ring.
The transport situation in the southeastern and eastern sectors of the city will significantly improve, and access to the central part of the capital will be simplified for residents of the Kosino-Ukhtomsky and Nekrasovka districts located outside the Moscow Ring Road, and residents of Lyubertsy near Moscow.

Let us remind you that the North-East Expressway will run from the M11 Moscow - St. Petersburg highway to the Kosinskaya overpass (a junction at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road with the Veshnyaki-Lyubertsy highway).
The length of the temporary storage warehouse will be about 35 km. The road will pass through 28 districts of Moscow and 10 large industrial zones, which with its arrival will have an opportunity for development.

I recently published a report on construction. Finally got around to see what was happening in his native area. Today is a detailed story about the construction of the North-East Expressway (SVH) - a new highway that will connect three districts of the capital: north, east and southeast.

01. This is how this place looked in 2016. Due to the construction of a tunnel under the Shchelkovo highway, a large traffic jam for several kilometers was formed in the morning.

02. Construction for a while, metro tunnel forever. The work is finished, there is no more traffic jam in this place. Now everyone is standing at the intersection with Khalturinskaya Street.

04. Exit from the temporary storage warehouse to Shchelkovskoe highway towards the Moscow Ring Road.

05. Shchelkovskoe highway runs from top to bottom in the photo, from left to right - temporary storage warehouse. To the left - Partizanskaya metro station, to the right - Cherkizovskaya.

06.2016. Narrowing due to the construction of flyovers and a tunnel.

07.2018. From Shchelkovskoye highway, exits to the temporary storage warehouse are open in both directions, to the south and to the north.

08. View towards Podbelka. On the left in the photo is the Lokomotiv MCC station.

10. Further, the chord is folded into a compact version. Most likely this is due to the difficulty of freeing land for construction, as well as due to the passage of the Losiny Ostrov park. If you look closely at the photo, you can clearly see the temporary organization of the movement, which is transferred to one side.

11. The same place from the other side.

12. The compact version of the route looks like this: traffic from the north will be organized along an overpass, which has not yet been opened, and traffic from the south will pass under the overpass. Thus, the track will take almost half the area.

13. While the traffic is open to the Mytishchi overpass (to the Open highway). Next comes the construction site. Here you can clearly see two tracks located one below the other.

14. Open highway, view towards Metrogorodok. Eh, Metro town, my homeland)

15. Construction of a chord towards the Yaroslavl highway. So far, everything is in full swing. On the right is the Rokossovsky Boulevard MCC station.

16. Future offshoots. On the left - the industrial zones of Metrogorodok.

18. Closer to Losinoostrovskaya street. Here the communications are still being laid. As far as I know, the design and approval of the chord project is underway along the section up to the Yaroslavskoe highway.

19. Let's look at the chord from the other side. View towards Partizanskaya. Everything has been open here for a long time, only the intercepting parking lot at the MCC station is missing.

20. Crossing the Expressway with Entuziastov highway. Here, almost all overpasses are already open, except for the direct passage to the south along the expressway and the exit from the Entuziastov highway.

21. Built!

22. View from the Enthusiasts highway to the south. The junction with Budyonny Avenue is visible on the right.

23. At this point on all circuits a "knot" is tied on the chord. The main passage will go further south parallel to the MCC, and the expressway itself will sharply go southeast to Vykhino.

24. At first glance, one cannot figure it out without a hundred grams. But everything is simple. On the left comes the chord from Vykhino. If you move straight along it, you will find yourself on Budyonny Avenue (goes to the right in the frame), if you turn right, you will find yourself on the continuation of the chord that goes north (at the bottom of the frame). Above is the Andronovka MCC station, and the groundwork for the future construction of the highway is at the top of the frame.

27. A unique time, while the road is not yet open. You can walk freely along the track.

29. View of the same interchange from the side of Perovo.

30. Big freight station "Perovo".

33. View towards the park "Kuskovo". At this point, the chord is almost complete.

35. View towards Vykhino. The first overpass is the streets of Papernik and Yunosti, the second, in the distance - the Moscow Ring Road.

36. It turns out that in the near future we are waiting for the opening of the expressway from the Moscow Ring Road to the Open Highway. For me personally, a person living in Izmailovo, this will be a long-awaited event.

Dmitry Chistoprudov,

Along the section of the North-Eastern Expressway (SVH) from Entuziastov Highway to the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) started the movement transport. The new route will redistribute traffic flows and reduce the load on departure routes.

“In fact, this is one of the most difficult sections of the North-Eastern Expressway and, in general, any road construction in Moscow: there is a huge number of off-site communications of existing enterprises, connections to the railway, the section itself is very difficult. This is the largest and longest overpass in the city - 2.5 kilometers of direct passage, as well as the most important section. It will improve transport accessibility for a million people living in about ten districts of Moscow, including those outside the Moscow Ring Road: Nekrasovka, Kosino-Ukhtomsky and a number of other districts, ”Sergei Sobyanin said.

The construction of the section of the North-East Expressway from Entuziastov Highway to the Moscow Ring Road began in February 2016 and was completed in September 2018. it twice as fast the standard construction period.

“Further we will connect sections of the expressway in the north and create a new city highway. By the way, this is one of the few sections that does not pass through the existing corridors, but creates, in fact, a new corridor. It will improve the situation on the Shchelkovskoye and Otkrytye highways, as well as on the Entuziastov highway and the Moscow Ring Road. The most important section, the most important highway, ”added the Mayor of Moscow.

Six lanes and no traffic lights

A six-lane traffic-free highway runs from the existing section of the temporary storage warehouse at the intersection with Entuziastov highway, then - from the northern side of the Kazan direction of Moskovskaya railroad(Moscow Railways) to the exit to the Kosinskaya overpass of the Moscow Ring Road. Total paved 1 1,8 kilometers of roads, including six overpasses.

Chords were built on this section the longest flyover in Moscow- 2.5 kilometers of direct course from the Plyushchevo railway platform to the overpass-exit from Perovskaya Street to the temporary storage warehouse.

“This is one of the most difficult sections, because 2.5 kilometers are artificial structures in the form of an overpass running parallel to the railway. This is the most difficult element that we had to implement during construction, ”said Petr Aksenov, First Deputy Head of the Moscow City Construction Department.

Thanks to this engineering solution managed to preserve the existing regional road network. In addition, the flyover can be used to cross the tracks of the Kazan direction of the Moscow Railways.

The structure includes:

- overpass of the main passage No. 1 (1.8 kilometers, three lanes in each direction) and two single-lane overpasses (each - 143 meters). They provide traffic-free traffic at the intersection with the railway tracks of the Gorky direction of the Moscow Railway and exits to Kuskovskaya street;

- the left overpass of the main passage No. 2 (740 meters, three lanes in each direction), which provides access from Budyonny Avenue and movement along a straight line the temporary storage warehouse towards the Moscow Ring Road;

- the right overpass of the main passage No. 2 (650 meters, three lanes in each direction) provides an exit to Budyonny Avenue and a promising direction towards Ryazansky Avenue along the tracks of the Moscow Central Circle (MCC).

In addition, overpass No. 3 (204 meters, two lanes in each direction) appeared, along which one can move from the temporary storage warehouse to Perovskaya Street.

Also built or reconstructed congresses to adjacent streets and access roads with a total length of more than four kilometers.

On the side of residential buildings in the area of Kuskovskaya Street and Anosova Street, as well as near the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Veshnyaki, noise screens three meters high and more than one and a half kilometers long.

Pedestrian crossings

The most important part of the project was the construction and reconstruction of pedestrian crossings. Residents of Veshnyaki can use a new spacious passage under the temporary storage warehouse. comfortable to get to the metro station and the Vykhino railway platform.

The reconstructed pedestrian crossing in the area of the 4th Veshnyakovsky passage connects with the Assumption Church and the Veshnyakovsky cemetery.

The passage in the area of the Plyushchevo railway platform is useful for those who like to walk in park of the estate Kuskovo.

New transport artery

Construction of a temporary storage warehouse section from Entuziastov highway to MKAD made it possible to redistribute traffic flows and reduce the load on outgoing lines- Ryazansky Prospect, Entuziastov Highway and Shchelkovskoye Highway, as well as to the eastern sectors of the Moscow Ring Road and the Third Transport Ring (TTK).

In addition, the transport situation in southeast and east sectors of the city, the entrance to Moscow for residents of the Kosino-Ukhtomsky and Nekrasovka districts located outside the Moscow Ring Road, as well as for residents of the city of Lyubertsy, Moscow Region has become much easier. In the future, the expressway section will provide a direct connection with the federal highway backup Moscow - Kazan.

The Northeast Expressway will connect the new highway M11 Moscow- St. Petersburg with the Kosinskaya overpass (namely, the interchange at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road with the Veshnyaki - Lyubertsy highway). The road will connect the largest highways of the city: MKAD, Entuziastov highway, Izmailovskoe, Shchelkovskoe, Yaroslavskoe, Altufevskoe, Otkrytoe and Dmitrovskoe highways.

In addition, from the chord it will be possible to go to 15 major Moscow streets, including Festivalnaya, Selskokhozyaistvennaya streets, Berezovaya alley, 3 Nizhnelikhoborsky passage, Amurskaya, Shcherbakovskaya, Perovskaya, Yunost, Papernik streets and others.

Near Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street The North-East Expressway will connect with the North-West Expressway, and in the Entuziastov Highway area - with the projected South-East Expressway. Thus, the Northeast Expressway will provide diagonal link north, east and south-east of the capital. This will relieve the city center, the Third Transport Ring, the Moscow Ring Road and outbound highways.

The route of the new chord will pass through 28 districts Moscow and 10 large industrial zones. By joining one of the most important transport arteries of the capital, these industrial zones will also receive prospects for development.

The Northeast Expressway will allow private and public transport to approach 12 transport hubs, 21 metro stations and MCC, as well as platforms of the Savelovsky and Kazan directions of the Moscow railway.

The length of the main route of the North-East Expressway will be about 35 kilometers. In total, taking into account the ramps and reconstruction of the road network, it is planned to build more 100 kilometers of roads, 70 flyovers, bridges and tunnels (with a total length of about 40 kilometers) and 16 pedestrian crossings. Now, as part of the construction of the North-East Expressway, 69 kilometers of roads, 58 artificial structures (length 28 kilometers) and 13 pedestrian crossings.

On the this moment completed construction of sections of the North-East Expressway:

- from Businovskaya traffic intersection to Festivalnaya Street;

- from Izmailovsky to Shchelkovsky highway;

- from the Entuziastov highway to the Izmailovsky highway;

- from the Entuziastov highway to the Moscow Ring Road.

The contractors have a two-year warranty, despite the fact that all acts are accepted and signed.

“The contractors are not leaving, they still have a number of works related to the railway at the new substation. This substation connects the second stage of the North-Eastern Expressway, which runs from Otkrytoye to Yaroslavskoye Highway, ”noted Petr Aksenov.

Soon, traffic will be opened along the section of the North-Eastern Expressway from Festivalnaya Street to Dmitrovskoye Highway.

Chord sections from Dmitrovskoye to Yaroslavskoye and from Yaroslavskoye to Otkrytoye highway are also being designed. As part of these sections, about 33 kilometers of roads.

Four chords

Chordal highways are key element a new road frame for Moscow, which has been created in the city for the last eight years. New chords are about 300 kilometers of new roads, 127 flyovers, bridges and tunnels and more 50 pedestrian crossings.

It is planned to build four such highways:

Northwest Expressway - from Skolkovo to Dmitrovskoe highway;

North East Expressway- from new track M11 Moscow - St. Petersburg to Kosinskaya overpass;

Southeast Expressway- from Entuziastov highway to Polyany street;

South Rockada- from Rublevskoe highway to Kapotnya.

For over a year I was going to make a report about the construction of the North-East Expressway in the area of Shchelkovskoye Highway and Entuziastov Highway. Standing once again in a traffic jam, I looked at the towering overpasses, and promised myself to agree on access to construction sites. As a result, he never got together, did not agree, and did not withdraw. But the other day I looked at the endless Moscow interchanges from above. It turned out even clearer.

1. Let's start with an eternal construction site in the Entuziastov highway area. Here passes Northeast Expressway(Temporary storage warehouse), which will connect the most densely populated districts of Moscow - southeast and north. The route crosses Izmailovskoe, Shchelkovskoe, Dmitrovskoe, Altufevskoe, Otkrytoye highway and Entuziastov highway.

2. Probably every Moscow motorist at least once stood in a big traffic jam on the Entuziastov highway.

In the morning to the center to Burakova street, in the evening to the region from the TTC itself.

3. During the entire construction period on this site, they managed to dismantle the old overpass of the ring railway, build 4 new overpasses for the MCC and 7 overpasses for temporary storage warehouses.

4. Some of them are already open - these are exits from the temporary storage warehouse to the Entuziastov highway to the center and the region, the exit from Perovskaya street and exits from the Entuziastov highway to the temporary storage warehouse. Who went, he knows.

5. Temporary storage warehouse, view to the north towards Izmailovo.

6. South facing.

8. Nearby, 200 meters away, two more flyovers were built, going to Budyonogo Avenue.

11. It can be seen that the flyovers are already ready, but not all structures on the path of the new road have been demolished.

12. A large interchange is being built near the Andronovka MCC station. To the left in the frame goes the road towards Izmailovo, downwards - to Budyonogo Avenue. To the left up into the bright sun - on the streets of Kosinskaya, Anosova, Alley Pervaya Mayevka, Plyushchev and Masterova.

13. View from the street Annosova. On the right in the frame is the road with cars - the current exit to the temporary storage warehouse from Perovskaya Street.

14. On the section from the platform of the Plyushchevo station, the projected highway will rise to the flyover and pass over the tracks of the Gorky direction of the railway, as well as over Anosova street. Anosova street itself will be expanded to 2 lanes in each direction, with the possibility of exits and ramps to the overpass of the main passage.

15. Industrial zone and the intersection of the Gorky and Kazan directions of the railway. If you look closely, you can see two passenger platforms - Chukhlinka and Perovo. The construction site of the new overpass is visible in the foreground.

16. At this point, the Overpass will connect several areas cut by railways at once. From Alley Pervaya Maevka to Annosova street can be reached in 30 seconds, instead of the usual 15 minutes bypass.

17. Part of the Kuskovsky forest park and a view towards the station Plyushchevo and Veshnyaki. At this point, the new overpass should go right along the border of the park, which causes a lot of controversy and criticism from a number of local residents and environmentalists.

18. Now let's fast forward to the west and look at some more huge interchanges. It looks like a large junction under construction Aminevskoe highway and General Dorokhov street - one of the sections South Rokada.

19. The new road will go up to Mosfilmovskaya Street. As part of the junction, a two-lane tunnel will be built for the exit from General Dorokhova Street to the Aminevskoe highway in the direction of Mozhaiki. If you look closely, you can see his portal in the photo.

20. View from the side of Aminevskoe highway.

24. A new overpass at the intersection with Vereiskaya and Nezhinskaya streets, as well as a bridge over the Setun.

25. Future tunnel at the intersection with Artamonov Street.

27. I haven't been to Ryabinovaya Street for 5 years. I didn't recognize her at all. This is how a reversal overpass looks like from Vyazemskaya and Vitebskaya streets to Ryabinovaya street.

29. To the left - Projected passage 1901, turning into Vyazemskaya, Vitebskaya and Skolkovskoye highways, to the right - Ryabinovaya street.

31. Curiously shaped junction with Troekurovsky passage. She is vertical in the title photo)

33. Vyazemskaya street, Skolkovskoe highway and Vitebskaya street. Mozhaika is seen above.

34. Built, you know!

The idea of building chord highways was born in the city more than forty years ago, but it came to fruition only now, when it became finally clear that there were not enough roads between the districts, and there was nothing to do in the center of transit traffic. Specialists from Mosinzhproekt, a full-cycle engineering company specializing in transport infrastructure and utilities development projects, are working on a large-scale chord project.

For reference: JSC Mosinzhproekt is the sole operator of the Moscow Metro development program, the general designer of the reconstruction of outbound highways and interchanges, a participant in the development program of transport hubs (TPU) in Moscow, the general contractor for the reconstruction of the Luzhniki stadium and the management company for the construction of the Zaryadye park ".

P.S. It's a pity, I didn't have time to rent the temporary storage warehouse and the Shchelkovskoye highway. Next time now.

Dmitry Chistoprudov,

The diagrams were also placed for review on the first floor of the Sviblovo district council building. And the public hearings themselves are scheduled for August 20. Reconstruction of a huge area of the north-east of the city is ahead of a large-scale and information about this will be useful not only for cyclists, but also for pedestrians and, of course, motorists.
Here are just a few of the proposed changes: near the Sviblovo metro station, all pedestrian crossings will be removed and Amundsen want to continue to New Beringov right through the square (!), at the crossroads Yenisei and Pilot Babushkin there will also be a circular movement of cars, and a huge six-lane overpass (the same chord) will become a new transit highway in our district. Now about everything in order.

We must say right away that there is nothing in the submitted materials about the bicycle transport infrastructure. In addition to the indicator of bicycle parking near the TPU on one of the schemes, but where exactly they will be located, the designer could not answer. Actually, expected. Nevertheless, let's try to parse the information that has already been published.

TPU "Sviblovo"

01. This is how the picture of what is going to be built looks like.

02. Although there are a lot of documents and various schematic images on TPU, it is not easy to figure out what's what.
This is how the plan of the entire territory to be reconstructed looks like.

03. The most important document in the materials on TPU "Sviblovo" this one: "DRAFT PLANNING OF THE TERRITORY OF TRANSPORTATION AND TRANSITION HUB (TPU) SVIBLOVO SUE" MOSCOW METROPOLITEN ".
The text is placed inside the file "Approved part. Corrected".

The very essence of what is planned to be done is in the Explanatory Note and it is written in more or less understandable language.

We will publish this "note" in full:

Explanatory note

on the planning organization of the territory and construction, reconstruction of objects capital construction... The territory allocated for the formation of a transport interchange hub is located in multifunctional public areas and sections of the road network in the area of the Sviblovo metro station.

The territory for the development of the planning project is 10.23 hectares.

The territory of the transport hub allocated within the boundaries of the planning project is 8.27 hectares.

The area of land surveying of the transport interchange hub is 10.23 hectares. Formation of a transport interchange hub in the area of the Sviblovo metro station provides for:

  • construction of an underground and above-ground complex with service facilities with access to the bus stops and the entrance to the metro station;

  • construction of stopping pavilions with service facilities associated with the lobby of the metro station;

- construction of a hotel with accommodation on the ground floor of an interdistrict multifunctional center.

The transport solution of the TPU project includes the reorganization of the road network with a decrease in regulated intersections due to the arrangement of circular traffic at the intersection of Kolskaya, Novy Beringov proezd, Amundsen and Raduzhnaya streets in accordance with the established red lines. For the convenience of passengers' movement, the planning project proposes the organization of sheds over the metro and stop pavilions to provide a comfortable connection between the stops of surface urban passenger transport and the entrances to the metro. At the ground level in the areas of the planned placement of TPUs, 11 dimensions of buildings and structures are determined.

The project provides for changing the boundaries of the PK facility (No. 99-SVAO "Square at the intersection of Snezhnaya and Kolskaya streets") in accordance with the established red lines. The decrease in the area is fully compensated by the inclusion of plots No. 10, No. 11 and No. 14 in the PK with a total area of 0.40 ha.

04. What is written in this text? Perhaps the most important news is the loss of the square near the metro. StreetAmundsen"will cut" the square, a circular traffic will be made. Little will be left of the green zone. The representative of the designer tried to convince us in the Office that the road "will go between the trees". Somewhere here...

05. And there will be a road here too

06. Maybe here you can successfully "build in" car traffic !? In general, the square, it seems, will no longer be. Sorry.

07. Here is an interesting "diagram" from the presentation materials "sort of" talks about the problems of pedestrians in this place.
It is not very clear who from the University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is following this arrow. On the contrary, they move more on the other side, about TC "Sviblovo"... But the main thing here is more red. Like "everything is bad here, but it will be good."

08. Another important topic is pedestrian crossings. This is what the human flows look like in the design documents.
The scheme is, in principle, correct. But the desire to drive pedestrians "into the underground" is not the best option.

According to the project, all pedestrian crossings near the Sviblovo metro station are turned into underground ones !!!

09. These land crossings will not be

10... This pedestrian crossing will not exist either.

11. That won't happen either.

12. And this ground crossing will disappear. Everything is underground!
Probably, motorists might like it. Well, what will pedestrians, cyclists, people with strollers say?

13. In the pictures in the council everything looks great. There are escalators to the street, and navigation, and even GROUND CROSSINGS with a zebra crossing and a traffic light (look at the middle photo below)! Strange, huh ?! According to the plan, only underground passages, but the picture depicted a normal passage and a zebra! At our remark, the representative of the designer threw up his hands: "There are errors in the materials, this is so ... We have confused the name of the street on our map ... Sorry."
Although it would be more correct to cross out this photo with a zebra with a large red marker.

14. There is also about green spaces at the presentation at the council. Where exactly this bench will be placed is not clear.

15. Probably in place Square a few trees will be left, there they will find a place for a bench.
The fact is that several years ago two shopping centers were built at the Sviblovo metro station. It is clear that now they will not be demolished, but the roads will be expanded and facilities will be erected. TPU now it is possible only at the expense of the last green territory, that is, at the expense of the Square.
This is what the "public space" near the metro looks like now. Continuous shopping malls ...

16. It is also unknown whether the famous "stop with a pine tree" will survive after all this construction "kneading" ...

In general, this is TPU "Sviblovo" will build. It is important to have time to make comments and make suggestions. There are many questions: the fence of the house is 28 Snowy(something needs to be done with it), hotel, parking lots, placement of OT stops, etc.

Northeast Expressway

17. All information materials can be viewed.It is almost impossible to disassemble anything on the cards.

But if you download this file to your computer, you will get a very detailed map our area and those places where the chord will go. You can look at the map itself and the objects marked on it for a long time: magnification allows you to see some details ...

18. For example, I found out the new kind street crossings Yeniseiskaya and Pilot Babushkin.
They want to organize a circular movement of cars here

19. Cyclists, of course, are interested in how intersections with a chord will be organized at popular intersections: passing Serebryakov, from Agricultural street, with the street Wilhelm Pieck, with the street Snowy etc. By the way, the construction of such large highways always entails the reconstruction of adjacent streets.
For example, 1st Botanichesky proezd according to the planning project of the new residential quarter, it will become a 4-lane highway ...

20. For example, now many cyclists and pedestrians use these ground crossings at the 1st Botanical Proezd. What will happen after the construction of the chord is not clear.

21. The further cycling route to the side is also important. VDNKh: under the canvas Moscow Railway and along the construction site China Business Center... Now there are few pedestrians here and it is convenient to travel by bike. How will the cycle and pedestrian flows be organized on this section after such a large-scale construction of the expressway and TPU "Botanical Garden" not yet reported.

Questions about how traffic, bicycle traffic and pedestrian access will be organized should be asked to the designers right now. Within the framework of Public Hearings, including. And taking into account the plans of the city authorities to build several huge residential areas in the northeast of the capital (you can read about this), it can be assumed that in the coming years, both car traffic, bicycle routes and the existing pedestrian infrastructure in these areas of the city can strongly change. In which direction - we will see very soon.

For those who are not on vacation), here are the details of the Public Hearings:

Meetings participants in public hearings will take place on August 20, 2015 at 19:00 at the addresses:

According to the project for the planning of the territory of the linear object of the street and road network: the section of the North-Eastern Expressway from the Otkrytoye Highway to the Yaroslavl direction of the Moscow Railway, including the reconstruction of the Bogorodsky overpass.
