Show without insurance fall of Christina Asmus. Kristina Asmus spoke about her sports injury and recovery after surgery. Tibia injury, patellar dislocation

A new show “Without Insurance” started on Channel One. Passions on the project are running high: some leave, slamming the door, others leave the competition due to injury, and still others are striving for victory with all their might.

It was we, the viewers, who, having seen the first two episodes of “Without Insurance,” decided that the behind-the-scenes life of the project was just beginning. In fact, the participants began rehearsals last fall, and the first programs were filmed in October. As a result, almost five months before the start, more than one castling took place on the site.

Marina Kim left. On maternity leave!

Let's start with the good news. The only participant who left the project due to a happy accident was Marina Kim, presenter of the program “ Good morning"on Channel One.

In the first week of training I got several sprains, and in the second week I got a crack in my rib,” says Marina. “But the excitement woke up, the fear went away, and it was too late to retreat. Pair acrobatics was difficult: it’s not so easy to maintain balance when you’re standing on your partner’s shoulders. Aerial gymnastics, on the contrary, turned out to be to my liking. They lift you under the dome, and it’s so comfortable there! I jumped for two months, worked out intensively and lived according to a schedule: training in the morning, sleeping in the car, lunch, training, sleep again. The sports doctor advised me to eat right. When I complained that I was eating too much, the doctor replied: “This is the norm; with such training, calories are consumed like that of an adult man.” But in fact it turned out that I was in a position! I just couldn't leave like that. I kept asking the doctor: “Can I jump, do lift-off lifts, or at least climb up to the canopy?” They told me I was out of my mind and kicked me out of the office. I had to go on maternity leave. Now I understand, then I was driven by the thirst for victory, my brain simply turned off.

Kristina Asmus – on sick leave

Christina put all her drive into the jump...

In the first program, viewers saw how Christine Asmus, performing a somersault, landed unsuccessfully on her knee. The show was stopped, and a minute later the sobbing girl was surrounded by doctors. This performance remained unfinished, but later the actress returned to filming, albeit for only two programs. The injury turned out to be serious: a complete rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee. In October, the actress underwent surgery. At the beginning of November, she already appeared on the stage of the Ermolova Theater.

Actress Nastasya Samburskaya also did not return to the project from sick leave.

I participated with pleasure, the show was worthwhile and interesting, it was a pity to leave it. I got injured on a trampoline. And no one is to blame for this. The most annoying thing is that even a professional is not immune from an unsuccessful landing. I had torn ligaments in two areas. They put my leg in a cast, and I didn’t really get out of bed for three weeks. I had to give up everything - filming, theater, not to mention sports activities. She walked only on crutches. The doctor removed the cast a little ahead of time and said that this way the leg would heal faster. I was not allowed to study or train. Every day I went for massages and other procedures, my leg was constantly in a brace. Now I do without it and go to the fitness club, but I can forget about heels and running for another for a long time. I'm glad I didn't end up crippled. Now I prefer quieter activities. My leg still hurts.

Fell - got up

For the rest of the participants, the show continues, and the project has already outlined its heroes - those who, despite injuries, are back in action.

Roza Syabitova, co-host of the show “Let's Get Married!”:

- “Without insurance” is more than a competition for me. I realized that I can become an example for women over 40 in their desire not to be afraid of anything and to go towards their dreams. But, as one of the jury members said: “It’s easier to break your neck on a project than to perform a trick.” This is true. Daily workouts led many participants into a state of chronic fatigue and constant pain in all muscles. I'm not an exception. Vigilance is weakened. When I performed a number on the most insidious apparatus - the trampoline, I was carried beyond its limits. The result is damage to the ligamentous apparatus of the joint and tendons. Why did you go to work with an injury? Despite everything, the matchmaking factory “Let's get married!” I shouldn’t stop, I have no right to disappoint the audience. I injured my leg, but in our business this is not a hindrance. Unfortunately, she will never be the same again. This is a given that I have come to terms with. But highly qualified doctors and the fact that I got to the hospital quickly, 40 minutes after the fall, helped me minimize the damage from the injury. But this is not my first obstacle on the way to my goal that I have overcome. I assure you, I will show everyone what I am capable of.

Evgeniy Papunaishvili, international class dancer, choreographer, STEP:

While performing a difficult somersault on a trampoline, I relaxed a little and made the wrong movement, I realized this already in flight. As a result, I landed head first on the trampoline. Thank God, apart from a concussion, I did not receive any injuries or fractures. After floor exercises, acrobatics, and aerial gymnastics, many did not take this apparatus very seriously, and I was no exception. When we entered the hall, I was delighted and thought: we can jump and have fun. But in the end, the trampoline turned out to be the most difficult test; it does not forgive mistakes. Every second you must be one hundred percent concentrated. Why didn't you leave the project? I spent so much work and effort on this show that I don’t intend to give up. And a concussion is not an injury to give up everything because of. Within two days I was in shape and came to training. Very professional people work with me. I'm glad that something is coming out of me, the idiot. Proud of it.

Mariya Kozhevnikova

State Duma deputy, actress:

She hasn’t been involved in sports professionally for 16 years (Maria is a master of sports in rhythmic gymnastics, a champion of Moscow. – Note “Antennas”). I came to the show to first of all understand what I, a mother of two children, am still capable of. When the whole country is looking at you, it’s a huge incentive to try, it’s a kick in the butt.

Now, after all the rehearsals, training, filming, my body has become better in muscle tone than it was before giving birth, but at first I couldn’t even do the splits during the project. I worked out at home through the pain, I struggled, it wasn’t easy, but it worked out.

I try to do in the show what I can, what I am physically predisposed to, and not try to do the impossible. After I was injured while preparing to jump over a horse, I began to carefully check the props. Then they accidentally, without any second thought, put a slippery mat on me. It turned out that I jumped, stood in a handstand, and then the mat moved forward, and my legs followed, and I folded, the blow fell completely on my neck. A terrible crunch sounded throughout the entire hall. For about ten seconds I didn’t understand whether I could move at all, whether I was alive or not, whether I was here or not? Thank God, the muscles are elastic from the time of gymnastics and were able to survive this. Got off with a sprain. I had to wear a neck brace for a couple of weeks. Then she returned to training.

At home they didn’t try to dissuade me from further filming, they simply said: “Masha, we need you alive, do what you can do, don’t settle for the unreal.” And at first I really tried to perform the most difficult tricks, just like men. Am I scared to participate? Alas, in this life we are not insured against anything. You never know what will happen to you when you leave home. I don’t dive headfirst into the pool; before performing a trick, I think through everything myself and double-check it.

Speed skater, silver medalist in the ten-kilometer race and bronze medalist in the five-kilometer race at the 2010 Olympic Games:

The project is so exciting that sometimes you get carried away and lead everything to not very pleasant events, this is what happened to me in one of the numbers with somersaults. He landed painfully and seriously hurt his leg. I was in the hospital for three days, I had a hematoma, an internal hemorrhage - a blood clot concentrated in one place and did not allow me to bend over or walk normally. Doctors even put leeches to thin the blood. Everything healed, passed, and I returned. I learned how to perform this somersault correctly, and then my partner Anastasia Burdina and I received the maximum number of marks for the routine. The project is difficult even for a professional athlete. I learned some artistic skills last year at Ice Age, but I was never familiar with acrobatics. I don’t know how it all looks on TV, but I can say that we are all trying to do beautiful picture. It seems to me that every time they turn out mini-masterpieces.

Slammed the door

Not without scandals. The actor was the first to unexpectedly say “goodbye” Dmitry Pevtsov. He spoke about his desire to leave and his complaints against the organizers on his website in an open letter “Why is it dangerous “Without insurance”....” The artist said that when they invited him, they didn’t even tell him what sports equipment they were talking about we're talking about, then difficulties arose with completing the contract at the “Medical Insurance” point, then the shooting was postponed without warning. Further - progressively.

“The training arena of the Circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard,” writes Pevtsov. - Participants, usually several pairs at once, do dangerous things: they practice elements of aerial acrobatics, as well as “ground” ones, and all this at a decent height - at least about 2 meters above the surface of the arena. It doesn’t seem high, but it’s quite enough to break a neck... I’m not even talking about sprains, pinching, bruises... Wait a minute. The fact is that there is no doctor on site. None! The first week goes by, the second, the third... For 30 years professional activity, working in various theaters, films, television projects, I have not found myself in more monstrous “living” conditions... Mosfilm Film Studio. The location where the first programs were filmed. I’ll just describe it: a sofa, obviously from a nearby trash heap, fenced with plastic screens, in a two-by-two closet without a ceiling - this is the “resting place” of a project participant! Should I “live” in this for 12 hours of shooting? Of course, “the economy must be economical,” but there is some limit to everything...”

Ilya Krivitsky, the show’s producer and president of the Red Square company, responded to Pevtsov’s claims:

We regret that Dmitry Pevtsov refused to participate. The show “Without Insurance” is organizationally complex, it involves a large number of famous people, and each with their own difficult schedule, as a result, mistakes and overlaps are, alas, inevitable. All fair comments from Dmitry were taken into account in further work on the project.

The second scandalous departure happened just as unexpectedly. Boxer, Honored Master of Sports, decided to leave Shaw Kostya Tszyu . As it turned out, the athlete was dissatisfied with the jury’s assessments. Namely, the verdict of Larisa Latynina, a famous gymnast, winner of nine gold medals. Larisa Semyonovna was the only one of the project judges who gave Kostya a point lower for inaccuracy in performing the exercise on the uneven bars. The boxer tried to challenge Latynina’s decision and proved that the project trainers taught him such a technique. Larisa Semyonovna agreed to give Tszyu the desired 10 points, but the athlete chose to say goodbye.

Konstantin Tszyu left the project for two reasons, said the general producer of the Red Square company. Ilya Krivitsky. - He had problems with knee joints, and training became possible only with a course of painkillers, plus he did not agree with the opinion of the judges who did not rate his performance on the uneven bars highly enough.

A replacement for Kostya has already been found - a figure skater will take part in the show instead Alexey Yagudin.

Where did the injuries come from?

Sergey Grechushkin – artist of the “Nikulin Circus”, director of performances, head coach of the floor exercise project:

About a hundred media people came to the casting. Everyone was assessed. First of all, they paid attention to physical data. They paired the actor with a professional girl and saw if he could hold her on his arms, shoulders, or lift her. Then we moved on to gymnastics - simple exercises on the press, pull-ups. The task of the coaches was to understand not what a person can do, but what can be “squeezed” out of him in the good sense of the word. I am responsible for each professional partner - I know that he will not fall, he guarantees 99% safety. Why not 100? Because 1% are accidental injuries such as Roza Syabitova when she stepped on the trampoline between the frame and the net, where the springs are attached, and injured her leg. Almost all the misadventures with the participants happened according to this pattern - people simply stepped in the wrong direction. The only exception is Christine Asmus.

Dmitry Panov, head of the admissions department and operating unit of the Federal State Budgetary Institution CITO named after N.N. Priorova, Candidate of Medical Sciences, traumatologist-orthopedist of the highest category:

The most common injuries for all show participants are to the ligaments and ankle joints, not to mention constant micro-tears of the muscles. I, the line ambulance, intensive care unit and sports doctors are constantly on duty at the project site. We anaesthetize some and “freeze” them on the spot, while others come to the hospital themselves the next day. It is impossible to count how many times we provided medical assistance. On the show, everyone performs at the level of professional gymnasts, and the sport and injuries go side by side. Even the participating athletes suffer; they are still subject to slightly different loads. For example, Olympic champion Alexey Voevoda, he is a strongman, not a gymnast. He also gets bruises and microtraumas, but, as a normal person, he simply doesn’t pay attention to it, and an ordinary person would have a hard time getting up in the morning after something like this.

A month and a half ago, the stars began rehearsals for a new Channel One show. Celebrities had to short term master the skills of artistic gymnasts, learn to perform the most complex circus tricks - and all this without any insurance. Not surprisingly, injuries were not long in coming.

After the injury, Christina had to walk on crutches

One of the first to suffer was the star of the series “Interns” Kristina Asmus. The actress suffered two torn ligaments and a crack in her ankle, but nevertheless continued to participate in the project.

The star of the series “Univer” was also injured. New dorm" Nastasya Samburskaya, she had a dislocated patella. Maria Kozhevnikova landed unsuccessfully on her neck and suffered a sprain.

Both actresses returned to filming, but Christina was unlucky again: during a multiple somersault, she injured her knee. At first, the doctors did not suspect anything serious, but after a thorough examination it turned out that not only the ligaments were affected, but also the meniscus, and surgery was required.

Asmus remained silent for two weeks and did not report any news about her health. Fans were seriously worried when suddenly the actress got in touch and spoke in detail about her well-being.

“The photo is the week when, after an injury in the sports show “Without Insurance,” I performed in three programs. Now everything looks about the same, only several times more painful. Complete rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee and... I won’t scare you further...

Fell right on the show. On the very first program and at the very beginning of the number, which is even more annoying. The performances were going to be haphazard, the numbers had to be redone “on the fly” and 5 minutes before the performance, without tests and rehearsals. It's a pity, we prepared a lot of unexpected things.

From the predictable and bitter, what kind of quality and herd mentality do some people have - to blame everything on “PR” (I wouldn’t wish such PR on anyone!) and the “desire to make money”?

I answer: everyone goes to such shows for different reasons...

I went because I am a sports person, and like air, I need to be in motion and in good shape. Well, between the theater and filming, I won’t force myself to run into the hall and do somersaults.

I devoted 10 years to gymnastics, but I haven’t been to the gym for 12-13 years, and my hands, so to speak, were just itching to shake off the antiquity and test myself - is there still gunpowder?

And new disciplines for me - aerial gymnastics, artistic, pair acrobatics, that's all, including acting experience, it's valuable. Well, interesting!

A new team whose eyes are burning, they are bursting with desire to try this, and this, they want to “use” you and guide you, adjust your possibilities! This is rare in our business. These adventures are addictive.

I have a super-duper-partner, a super-super-choreographer, a coaching team, an editor, my little sister, who manages my physical fitness.

They pay money for the broadcasts, of course, but this is not the money that would make it worth going to this thorny show solely for the sake of it. This is, so to speak, “for reporting purposes.” It's skill, experience, communication, creativity, atmosphere and free fitness.

Thank you for the support of adequate people! There are many of you, and the future is yours. Everyone take care of your health! It is the foundation! And for those who have had difficulties, do not worry! Desire, zeal, work on yourself - and everything will be!”

We wish Christina health and a speedy recovery. By the way, the actress’s further participation in the show is now in question...

She told her fans about her surgery and how she was feeling. Three weeks ago, while filming a program rumored to be hosted by Alina Kabaeva, Asmus was injured. The wife of a Comedy Club resident landed unsuccessfully while performing a stunt.

Today Christina shared the good news on her Instagram. The actress is on the mend and informed her subscribers about it.

Many people inquire about their health... Thank you, I am very pleased!!! 3 weeks have passed since the operation... Photo from yesterday, crutch behind the scenes. Already one!!! Today or tomorrow we will try to tear it off. I am actively involved in rehabilitation... Thank you everyone for your kind words!! Have a carefree day everyone! Take care of yourself!!

The actress captioned the photo.

Immediately after the injury, doctors diagnosed Christina with a ligament rupture. Stubborn Asmus continued training, despite the discomfort. At one of the rehearsals, she felt severe pain and again turned to the doctors. This time she had an MRI, which showed that the star had a damaged meniscus and torn ligaments. Due to the injury, the girl walked on crutches for a long time. At the Ermolova Theater, where she plays, performances with her participation were canceled.

A week after the accident, Asmus posted a photo on her Instagram where she was in a wheelchair with a crutch.

The photo is the week when, after an injury in a sports show #without insurance, I performed in 3 programs (badly and carefully, don’t run into me). Now everything looks about the same, only several times more painful... Complete rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee and... I won’t scare you further!.. The operation went well,

Christina wrote under the photo.

The girl also posted videos of herself performing various gymnastic exercises. Looking at the recordings, one becomes scared for the fragile actress: Christina dashingly turns somersaults and performs spectacular acrobatic stunts with virtually no outside help.

In early November, the extreme show “Without Insurance” will start on Channel One. 18 celebrities will test their strength: they will perform circus and acrobatic acts without any support ropes. That is, without insurance! The hosts of the project will be Yana Churikova and Kirill Nabutov, and the audience will see Irina Viner, Vladimir Vinokur, Larisa Latynina, Efim Shifrin and Yuli Gusman on the jury.

The stars began training in September. Despite the fact that there are experienced trainers next to the show participants, they have long stopped counting the bruises received during rehearsals. For the first three weeks, there was no doctor on site. “He appeared after Kostya Tszyu, a participant in the project, talked with the creators of the show and insisted on the presence of doctors,” speed skater Ivan Skobrev shared with StarHit.

Now an ambulance team is on duty at the filming pavilion. “Many stars go to their doctors, and then bring receipts from the clinic for the services provided,” Sergei Grechushkin, coach of the Circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, tells StarHit. – This is what Christina Asmus and Maria Kozhevnikova did, for example. But we also have a magician - doctor Sergei Boltunov from the Fieldmaster medical center. He is an osteopath, specializing in diseases of the musculoskeletal system. He's the best in the business and gets you on your feet in no time. One appointment with him costs from 3,500 rubles.” There are also emergency situations. “Roza Syabitova fell from her horse in front of me,” says

StarHit has a star coach, gymnast Anton Golotsutskov. “Since she didn’t warn anyone about the training, there was no doctor nearby. We had to provide first aid ourselves - place her correctly on the floor: arms and legs along the body. Fortunately, nothing serious - just a bruise. But for bobsledder Alexei Voevoda, everything is much more serious - he landed unsuccessfully on his knees and knocked out a joint. But he decided not to see a doctor - for him it was an ordinary injury.”

As it turns out, artists take risks while being under reliable protection. There is still insurance in the show. “Each participant signed an agreement,” Syabitova tells StarHit. “It spells out in black and white which parts of the body can be damaged while performing stunts.”

The organizers of the project valued the health of the stars at a tidy sum. “If an artist is severely injured and loses his ability to work for some time, he will receive financial compensation in the amount of a million rubles,” one of the show participants tells StarHit. “Some traded, and their figure is higher.”

The actress was performing a somersault on the gymnastics mat, landed poorly and injured her knee. After an MRI, doctors diagnosed a ligament rupture, the star even had to interrupt rehearsals for a while. “At that moment I was nearby,” coach Sergei Grechushkin tells StarHit. – Christina really fell seriously. A doctor immediately ran up to her, examined her, applied dry ice, but she refused the ambulance. Her partner, Yura Tyukin, took her to the hospital. From there she called us immediately. She reported the diagnosis, said that the operation was not needed and she would continue to participate in the show. The next day, Christina was already training—jumping rope, not putting too much strain on her leg.”

“Even though I’m a professional dancer, I often hurt my back during training. The tension is simply insane, the stretches are very difficult,” the artist shares with StarHit. – Now I’m preparing a number with a ribbon that girls perform in rhythmic gymnastics. Girls! But not men. This is a lot of work, so Lately mine best friend became a warming and pain-relieving gel.”

NECK STRAIN

“You could say I was born wearing a shirt,” says the actress and deputy State Duma with StarHit. “Everything happened literally in a matter of seconds.” I was doing a somersault over the goat when my hands slipped off the mat. Fell. She lay there without moving for twenty minutes! I was terribly scared. The organizers too. They ran to the pharmacy for dry ice, and after that I went to the hospital for an MRI and CT scan of my head and neck. It turned out to be a sprain cervical spine. Thank God it’s all over.”

IVAN SKOBREV,

HEMATOMA, SHOULDER DISLOCATION

“I personally don’t rely on anyone and always carry a first aid kit with me,” the speed skater tells StarHit. - So I can provide first aid not only to myself, but also to others. By the way, I already did this once when I dislocated my shoulder. And he treated a hematoma on his right leg at the Lapino Clinical Hospital. Although it is expensive, everything is at the highest level. Thanks to the leeches, they quickly got me back on my feet. I sent all documents and receipts after treatment to the project manager. Now I’m waiting for compensation to be paid.”

NASTASYA SAMBURSKAYA

TIBIAL BONE INJURY, PATELLA DISLOCATION

“Nastasya is a fighter,” the actress’ coach Anton Golotsutskov tells StarHit. – He never complains about pain, he fulfills all my requirements clearly. She received the injury, and such a serious one at that, by accident - doing a back somersault with a partner. She hit her foot so hard that her kneecap flew out. Doctors immediately ran up to her, put her on a stretcher and took her to the hospital. The pain still bothers me, so we are trying to take care of it.”

ANTON BOGDANOV

SPINE CONUSION

“I’m literally all blue from head to toe,” the star of the TV series “Real Boys” admits to StarHit. – But I get such a buzz from what’s happening! During one of the first training sessions, during the warm-up on the mats, I landed unsuccessfully. I had to go to the clinic and get an x-ray. Fortunately, the doctor said that everything was fine - I slightly sprained my back and bruised my spine. Now I'm filming on painkillers - my hand constantly goes numb during the aerial routine, where I have to hold on to the bar with my feet, hanging down and holding my partner at the same time. But the injections are helping so far!”

ALEXANDER ANATOLIEVICH

RIGHT WRIST STRAIN

“When I agreed to participate in the project, I didn’t say a word to anyone,” the TV presenter tells StarHit. – After some time, my friends noticed that I had become more athletic and were surprised. Then he confessed. From aerial gymnastics, which I have never done, I get an incomparable thrill. But one day, while doing an exercise on the slings, I pulled my right wrist. I didn’t understand right away, I continued to rehearse. But I’m silent about the fact that my hand hurts and sometimes doesn’t obey. I turned to a Chinese doctor I knew, but he didn’t go to ours, they would have put a splint on it and said it would go away. Without interrupting my training, I went to the doctor - he gave me needles, rubbed in ointments, and stretched me. Everything is over."

ON THIS TOPIC

“And so every time 😱🙈,” the popular actress sadly stated. Numerous subscribers immediately became excited and began asking what exactly the artist meant.

It turned out that this was a work-related injury that the actress regularly receives while performing in the play “Hamlet.” Christina reassured fans with the following explanation: “This is the costume of the partner (👿), whom Ophelia throws herself at, distraught..”

Note that lately Asmus has not been able to please his fans with his good health. For example, in winter, Christina did not appear at the premiere of the film in which she played Olympic champion Svetlana Khorkina, due to unexpected hospitalization. As journalists managed to find out, the actress was taken to the clinic from a press conference preceding the screening of “Champions.” It turned out that she was struck down by an infection.

And before that, while performing a somersault for the show “Without Insurance” with acrobat Yuri Tyukin, the actress twisted her ankle. The filming was immediately stopped, and Christina was examined by the doctors on duty at the site, but first aid was not enough.

Asmus was sent to the emergency room, where it turned out that she had torn four ligaments. The girl listened to the doctors' verdict and... wanted to return to Mosfilm to perform a number. It is interesting that Kharlamov supported his wife in this decision
