  • red beans 2.5 cups

  • chopped walnuts 2 cups
  • chopped dill greens 1 tbsp. spoon

Let's start cooking:

  1. Boil the beans, preferably after soaking them.
  2. Pass through a meat grinder along with the nuts.
  3. Add fried finely chopped onion.
  4. Pour the dressing from half a glass of bean broth with spices and mix thoroughly.
  5. Place on green lettuce leaves and sprinkle with herbs.

Red bean salad "Zest"

This salad contains the following components:

  • red beans 1 b
  • corn 1 b
  • Bulgarian red pepper 1
  • green pepper 1
  • marin cucumbers 4
  • walnuts 100 g
  • parsley

You can season it with mayonnaise or sour cream sauce with added spices. See how it's done. Since all products are in a cooked state, the preparation time is minimal and will only take a few minutes.

Products for salad:

  • 300 g smoked breast
  • 1 glass with bulgur (with rice, with couscous)
  • 150 g red beans
  • 150 g corn
  • 150 peas
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 green chili (chili powder)
  • some green onions and cilantro
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. sweet grain mustard
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil

Let's prepare it like this:

  1. Cut the chicken breast and add a special mixture for chicken.
  2. Chop the remaining ingredients: herbs, chili peppers, sweet peppers, tomatoes.
  3. Boil the bulgur.
  4. We prepare the dressing from oil, vinegar, mustard and spices.
  5. Mix all the products on the list (drain the water from the cans of preserves), season and serve. Bon appetit!

Bulgur is wheat cereal processed in a special way. The closest thing to it is Artek cereal, which can be seen in our supermarkets, or, in extreme cases, ordinary wheat cereal.

  • Sour cream - 200 g

A simple recipe that can be prepared in just 10 minutes (that’s how long it takes to boil the eggs and chop them). The remaining ingredients are canned, that is, they are ready to eat and can simply be placed in a salad bowl. Look what we get in finished form.
