A. Sh.: I think my popularity came to me after the Miss Russia competition. I admit, at that time I was frightened by such a lively interest in my modest person and, of course, I let a lot pass through me. Both positive and negative, of course. It was not easy, but this period only strengthened my character, and today I turn a blind eye to many things.

A. Sh.: Yes, definitely. I immediately remember one incident. After giving birth, like many girls, I wanted to lose weight as quickly as possible and went on diets. It seemed to me that I had gained too much, and it was important for me to get rid of it as soon as possible, although today I understand that, due to my genetics, I simply cannot weigh much. But then it seemed to me that everything was exactly the opposite. I began to rapidly lose weight and subscribers began to write to me: “God, what’s happening to her,” “Shishkova is disappearing before our eyes,” and stuff like that. At first, I didn’t take it seriously, but then, when people began to sound the alarm under every photo, and my relatives were already expressing concern, I finally thought about it. I listened to their opinion, and my eyes opened - I realized that this was really too much and I needed to return to normal, eat better. And she returned to normal quite quickly. Like this.
. How often do you resort to this method of losing weight?
A. Sh.: I try not to go on diets at all, because, as you know, it is harmful to your health. Personally, my skin, hair, and in general immediately deteriorate appearance getting worse. Instead of dieting, I try to eat healthy and balanced meals five times a day. Moreover, my breakfast and lunch are always hearty, and then - in decreasing order. And, of course, an active lifestyle is important - for the most part, this is why I don’t gain extra pounds.
A. Sh.: It all depends on the schedule - if it is not very busy and busy, then a maximum of three times a week. I have it at home treadmill, and in the morning, when I wake up, I drink a glass of water and walk for about 40 minutes. But this is also ideal - it doesn’t always work out because of my schedule. I also try to find time to be active before bed. For example, I recently bought myself roller skates - this has been my weakness since childhood. I love riding a bike.
. How often have you encountered being “meet by the cover”?
A. Sh.: Always greeted by its cover. The way you walk in is how you are perceived. Therefore, if we're talking about about some meetings or events, I always try to look impressive. In life, of course, I can’t always afford to look like an A plus due to my busy schedule.
“You’re greeted by your clothes, you’re seen off by your mind,” I always remember this proverb. But it is clear that when you come to an event, you are in no hurry to open up to everyone, and people form their opinion about you, having studied, in fact, only from the outside. And if you already communicate with a person, open up to him, then he will draw more correct conclusions.”
website: Have you ever had a desire - especially after the beauty contest - to prove that you are not only beautiful, but also smart?
A. Sh.: At first, not really. I took statements like “Beautiful and stupid” with hostility, was aggressive and closed myself off from everyone even more. I started going to events and giving interviews less often. I thought that if people didn’t treat me very well, then I would behave that way too. But then I realized that I need to work on myself, to open up even to the scoundrels who look at you with narrowed eyes, because the more you let people get to know you, the more likely it is that they will change their opinion about you. And I decided - why not. So I took public speaking courses, because my speech at that time was not ideal. In general, you can endlessly work on yourself and change in better side. What I am doing.
A. Sh.:"On this moment I already want to work on my projects and at the same time maintain my model status - go on one-time shoots. Today I can no longer afford contracts that involve long-term cooperation - I have a child. There are immediate plans to fly to America - several agencies have proposed joint projects. A. Sh.: I think yes. You need to be tough here. It seems to me that it’s not even so important what you look like, what’s more important is your inner core. You can be super beautiful and super modest, so you will stand in the corner, while a less beautiful, but lively girl will stand in front of you. The model must have stubbornness, a desire to be the best.
When you were first pregnant with Alisa, did you have any fear that you wouldn't be able to get back into modeling?
A. Sh.: In fact, back then I had completely different values - I didn’t want to associate myself with the modeling field. There was a moment when I was terribly tired of all this, and I wanted to immerse myself in my family. But then I realized that life does not end with the birth of a child - you need to develop, realize yourself to the maximum while you have the opportunity, take advantage of the time, place and circumstances. We have a similar story, and for this I want to say a huge thank you to Simone. My parents cannot devote themselves entirely to their granddaughter - they live and work in Tyumen. But as soon as the opportunity arises, they fly to Moscow and spend time with Alice. A. Sh.: Of course, it's family and work. It is important for me to be able to competently combine these two important aspects of my life. Well, and, of course, self-development. Now I am receiving a second higher education - in the field of psychology. I think that such knowledge will be useful in the future - the ability to find mutual language working with people is very important in my line of work.
