Egor Bychkov, who was once one of Yevgeny Roizman’s closest associates and, largely thanks to his active actions, avoided a real prison sentence in the case of the Nizhny Tagil branch of the City Without Drugs foundation, published an ethically controversial column in his own publication, “Between the Lines.”

In it, Bychkov states: the mayor of Yekaterinburg does not want to see his children and at least somehow participate in their upbringing; moreover, the governor personally had to save the life of one of them Sverdlovsk region Evgeny Kuyvashev.

The mention in the above-mentioned article about the “relationship of financial dependence” between Magomedov and Kiiko caused the latter’s displeasure. Mr. Kiyko’s application demanding the removal of the disputed article (all five paragraphs, and not just about Kiyko) was considered by a judge of the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region Elena Seliverstova. She fully satisfied the claim, which was far-fetched, in our opinion.

Since 2012, Gorgadze was a member and then chairman of the Public Chamber of the Moscow Region. During the same period of time, MIC Group was actively developing lands near Moscow for its construction, which local residents did not like very much. Residents feared that construction would lead to huge traffic jams and overload treatment facilities and the need for their reconstruction by increasing rents. As was the case in other places where the Ryabinsky MIC erected such impressive objects. And in the regional administration, headed by Andrey Vorobiev, they reassured us that the Public Chamber would ensure that the rights and interests of citizens were not harmed. At the same time, the Public Chamber was headed by the same Gorgadze, a close friend of the owner of the MIC groups Andrei Ryabinsky.

What is happening in the Russian government, which after 20 years of “stability” seemed to have grown into a harmonious vertical in order to heroically live under the “dictatorship of the law”? Where is all this?
