The selection of students who want to undergo training in the military department is made by the University Military Department in the third semester on the basis of a personal statement (Appendix 3, p.31), which is surrendered to the Deputy Dean for Educational Work.

Classes at the military department begin with the fourth semester.

Classes are held once a week, the day of classes is made in general Schedule Classes. Other classes on this day are not conducted. Learning date of 2.5 years. At the end of the military department assigned military rank "Lieutenant of stock" and issued a document confirming the acquisition of a military specialty. Full-time students are provided with one postponement from the service in the army. 6. Internal regulations at the university

6.1. Extending session and academic leave

    1. Recovery, translations and parallel learning
In case of deductions from the university, it is possible to restore students on a budget basis only if there are vacant places for the university as a whole, or on a commercial basis in the absence of vacant state budget places, within the deadlines established by the order of the rector.

When transferring university or recovery, the following documents are required:

a) a personal statement signed by the Dean and Vice-Rector (applications 4.5, p.32);

b) when executing training on a commercial basis: the original of the contract establishing the right and obligations of the parties in 3 copies (Aud. 318, the main building);

c) a copy of the cash receipt of payment.

Documents are signed in the rectorate, after which one copy of the contract, personal application and a copy of the payment receipt must be passed to the personnel department, the student sector (Aud.110, the main building). According to the student's study card, which he must bring from the Dean of the Faculty, where he had previously studied, the specialist in UMR tastes the curricula and gives the directions to the pre-delivery of those disciplines that the student did not study.

Transfers to SamgTu or SamGTU to other universities are made by order of the rector at a timely time provided in the presence of the following documents:

c) certificate of the established sample of the host university certifying the guarantee of reception in the order of translation signed by the rector of the university with the visa of the dean of the faculty;

d) a document on secondary education;

When executing training on a commercial basis, additionally: the original of the contract establishing the right and obligations of the parties in 3 copies and a copy of the cash receipt of payment.

When transferring, the bypass list is signed, the form of which is taken in the frame staff. In case of translation from another university, the delay from the army is maintained if the deadline for the end of the educational institution increases by no more than 1 year (see P.5.5).

For parallel learning (training in two universities or in two faculties of one university at the same time), it is necessary to provide the following documents:

a) a personal application addressed to the rector of the host university with visas of the Dean of the Faculty and the head of the department;

b) certificate from the main place of training;

c) a copy of the Middle Education Document;

d) an academic certificate or a certified copy of the student's curriculum or credit card;

When making parallel learning on a commercial basis, additionally: the original of the contract establishing the right and duties of the parties in 3 x copies and a copy of the cash receipt of payment.


    1. Transition from a commercial form of education for the budget form of training
Nomination of candidates for translation from a commercial form of education for budget and preparation necessary documents For translation, it is carried out by the Dean and the Student Council of the Faculty. Translation conditions (in accordance with the Translation Regulations):

The appointment of a scholarship student does not deprive his right to receive material assistance.

The procedure for obtaining material assistance:
