These roads should ultimately be an impaired ring-shaped system. The result is the same ring, but more efficient from the point of view of the distribution of traffic flows, because each element will go to the Moscow Ring Road. According to experts, such a principle of organizing a 20 percent movement is more efficient than a closed ring road. In addition, three new chords will not pass through the overloaded city center.
